Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop strategies for improving financial workflows within SAP and the broader organization.

  • Articulate the integration and functionality of SAP applications; offer expert recommendations for best practices in component deployment.
  • Lead cross-departmental teams to resolve business or system challenges.
  • Act as a bridge between business units and the development team to ensure clarity in functional requirements.
  • Serve as a Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to related projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy of instructional materials and support end-user training efforts.
  • Enhance FICO knowledge among super users and subject matter experts across the organization.
  • Mentor and train functional analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Assist employees and vendors by addressing inquiries related to financial processes and services.
  • Deliver work efficiently and accurately while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and more.
  • Familiarity with SAP FICO integration with BW and POSDM is essential.
  • Experience with SAP FICO in a retail context is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Solution Manager and best practices in solution design and delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in coaching end-users is required.
  • Proven ability to motivate oneself and others.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining professionalism.
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization while managing diverse situations positively.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, respect for others, and upholding company values.
Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. university is required.
