About the Job

As a Home Health RN with Providence, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized service to individuals of all ages.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect quality care for patients according to individualized needs
  • Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License (or Washington Registered Nurse License if practicing in WA)
  • National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • At least one year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting (or community mental health experience for Mental Health RN work assignment)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent home health experience
  • Community mental health experience, geriatric experience, and ANCC Psychiatric certification for Mental Health RN work assignment
  • Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50.21 - $70.04 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, we also offer:
