Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in RPA configuration and development using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business partners to identify potential automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of automation best practices and share knowledge with the team.
  • Ensure system reliability by writing diagnostic programs to test and troubleshoot integrated software/hardware systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation projects, ensuring processes are well-documented.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7+ years of direct experience with UiPath RPA configuration and development.
  • Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages like Java, C#, .Net, SQL, JavaScript, or HTML.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods in a matrixed organizational structure.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with UiPath and/or Power Automate Desktop.
  • Exposure to cloud-based environments, especially MS Azure.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GIT, or similar version control systems.
  • Familiarity with data integration frameworks (e.g., JSON, XML, EDI).
