Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

• Perform a variety of radiographic procedures to diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
• Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately to ensure high-quality images.
• Implement radiation protection and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department to include procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms.

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider, Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program, and one or more of the following: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, Associate's degree/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
