At All Medical Allied, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Phlebotomist to join our team as a Blood Sample Collector for Quantitative Drug Testing. This is a part-time, temporary opportunity with ongoing assignments, requiring a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
- This position involves efficiently and safely obtaining urine samples from patients for laboratory testing, working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- As a Phlebotomist/Specimen Collector, you will be responsible for conducting observed and/or supervised specimen collections, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain urine samples from patients for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and efficient results
- Conduct observed and/or supervised specimen collections, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve workflows and processes
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of venipuncture experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in multiple programs and software, with the ability to manage email and reports
- Fast and accurate data entry, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Estimated Salary: $36,000 - $45,000 per year, based on a 20-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.
