Job Summary:

The Patient Care Technician plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service at Children's Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will assist nurses and respiratory therapists in providing high-quality care to patients from birth to 18 years old. Your responsibilities will include preparing patient rooms, performing basic patient care tasks, and documenting patient information. You will also respond to patient and family needs, maintain a safe patient environment, and transport patients to procedures or testing. If assigned, you may perform advanced patient care tasks.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
* Completion of a certified nurse assistant training, basic Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, or Medical Assistant program (required)
* Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification (required)
