Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hormel Foods Corporation. As a key member of our Continuous Replenishment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the process of replenishment forecasting, inventory management, purchase order preparation, distribution planning, and customer services for continuous replenishment customers within our CPS division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement replenishment plans to meet customer and department business needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage complex spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.
  • Travel to customer locations for training and other business purposes, as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience creating and managing large, complex spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with order processing and mainframe systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience creating complex formulas and macros.
