Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking fresh bread and pastries for our cafes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet the needs of our cafes.
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality in all baked goods.
  • Perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the cafe team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
