Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success in managing facilities operations.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor facilities staff.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong Budgeting and Financial Management Skills: Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to manage facilities budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Knowledge of Local, State, and National Building Codes: Knowledge of local, state, and national building codes, with the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
