Key Responsibilities
- Prepare machines (including calibration and cleaning) to ensure each project is sewn with the appropriate materials and colors.
- Monitor and modify machine settings (such as speed) as necessary.
- Conduct periodic tests on machine operations to ensure efficiency.
- Address minor technical issues that may arise during the work shift.
- Inspect finished products to identify any errors or defects in materials or workmanship.
- Maintain detailed records of methods and procedures utilized in the production of our goods.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a sewing machine operator (a sewing sample will be requested).
- Familiarity with single-head industrial sewing machines; knowledge of merrow machines and computerized embroidery machines is a plus.
- Comprehension of production processes.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to adhere to established manufacturing protocols.

- Physical endurance and strength, as some products may be larger in size (e.g., blankets for horses).
