As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and youth in our community. You will be responsible for supervising a minimum of 8 ratios of children 0 - 5 in a Child Development Center or 6 ratios of children/youth in a School-Age Program or Youth Center.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a CYS Services Supervisory Program Specialist with responsibility for supervising children and youth in various programs
• Work in-ratio 50% of the time providing breaks for assigned staff, modeling appropriate behavior, and providing program oversight and accountability during all hours of program operation
• Assist Director with requests for recruitments utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions
• Supervise and evaluate employees based on established performance standards as required
• Ensure timely submission of personnel actions
• Prepare work schedules to meet ratio and group size requirements
• Monitor and analyze adult/participant ratio sheets to ensure proper staffing
• Ensure children/youth are appropriately supervised at all times
• Acts as Director in Director's absence up to 20% of the time
