About Our Practice
Our practice has a long history of serving patients in the Denver Metro area, with a focus on providing time-honored principles of medical practice. We are a group of independent providers who value collaboration and quality improvement initiatives. Our skilled office staff supports a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, a PA, an RN, a PharmD, a PsyD, and a diabetes and wellness coach.
Our Benefits

- Partnership Opportunity: The opportunity to become a partner in our practice, potentially within 2 years
- Full-time Permanent Position: A full-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule
- Adult and Geriatric Patients Only: We care for adult and geriatric patients only, with no pediatrics or obstetrics
- Monday - Friday Work-week: A standard Monday - Friday work-week
- Long Term Care / Assisted Living: 4 days/week in long-term care / assisted living facilities, with 1 clinic day (negotiable)
- Create Your Own Schedule: The opportunity to create your own schedule for long-term care / assisted living facilities
- Average Patient Load: An average of 15 patients/day
- On Call Schedule: An on-call schedule of 1:3
- Benefits Package: A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, retirement, CME, vacation, and malpractice insurance
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- MD or DO with Colorado License: A medical degree (MD or DO) and a current Colorado medical license
- Board Certification: Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Current DEA: A current DEA license
- EMR Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with an EMR, such as Point Click Care or Practice Fusion
- Bilingual: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required
