Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails, and identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
