Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails, and identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Be a team player and work collaboratively with other departments
  • Manage office inventory and supplies
  • Perform routine customer follow-up tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • US work authorization required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
