Job Description

As a Site Construction Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and successful completion of construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite by picking up tools and equipment and securing the area each day to prevent potential hazards.

• Setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures as needed.

• Loading and unloading trucks and transporting materials safely and efficiently.

• Assisting carpenters and other trades with various tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Membership in the Laborers Union.

• Knowledge of proper equipment usage, materials, and supplies used on commercial construction projects.

• Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks according to the work schedule.

• Dependability and consistency in meeting attendance requirements.

• Proof of identity and employment authorization.
