Retro Fitness of Mesquite is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Member Experience Associate to join our team. As a Member Experience Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service to our members. You will greet and check-in members as they arrive, resolve customer complaints and concerns, sell membership packages and merchandise, assist with membership sales and retention, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Our estimated salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
