Maintenance Porter Job Summary

The Maintenance Porter is a vital member of the Redstone Residential team, responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of our communities. This role involves maintaining exceptional curb appeal by keeping community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
  • Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
  • Consistently demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.
  • Ensure the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
  • Ensure the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
  • Participate in Redstone training as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning).
  • Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight.
  • Must have a friendly demeanor.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts.
