We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with their insurance needs and resolving inquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- Processing insurance policy changes and updates in a timely and efficient manner;
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support as needed;
- Maintaining accurate and organized customer files and records;
- Preparing and processing insurance quotes and applications;
- Collaborating with team members to achieve office goals and objectives;
- Promoting and cross-selling insurance products and services to customers;
- Handling policy renewals and cancellations;
- Assisting with claims processing and follow-up activities;
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times;
- Staying updated on insurance industry trends and regulations;
- Attending training sessions and meetings as required;
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment;

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as insurance, customer service, or administrative support;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
