Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including waiting on customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Perform various material handling duties, such as receiving and stocking merchandise, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, including pulling and assembling customer orders, checking for accuracy and completeness, and restocking shelves.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, and general office maintenance.
  • Operate a forklift or crane as needed to move materials and equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of customer service and warehouse experience.
  • Crane forklift experience and competencies.

Working Conditions

The employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear. The associate must have the ability to regularly lift up to 15-30 lbs and at certain times, you may be required to safely lift up to 70 lbs. Tile boxes or other material that are longer than 36 inches or more than 70 lbs. in weight require a team lift. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
