Salary: $83,300 - $105,200 per year, depending on experience, education, and work location. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our New Product Development team. As a key technical contributor, you will identify, lead, and drive the engineering direction of industrial generators. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engineering and validating parts, assemblies, and systems that delight consumers.
  • Driving speed and quality of product launches to contribute to business success.
  • Working in highly cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Leading projects from concept to market and seeing your ideas come alive on actual products.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of experience working in an engineering field, preferably in product development.
  • A composite of education, career experience, and technical achievement will be considered.
