BeMobile Store Leader Job Description

As a Store Leader at BeMobile, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating your sales team to achieve exceptional results. You will be an active member of the community, network with other businesses, and build rapport with potential and current customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community partners
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and customer service
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience or relevant experience
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Strong leadership skills for team and relationship building
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail
  • Reliability and consistency in all roles and responsibilities
