About This Role

We are actively hiring and accepting applications for a Registered Nurse - Emergency Charge Nurse position in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a leader in emergency care, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our emergency department. As an experienced nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing staff, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
  • Manage and supervise nursing staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with hospital administrators to ensure effective communication and resource allocation
Requirements
  • RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of California
  • At least 5 years of experience in emergency nursing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Compensation and Benefits
  • $80,000 to $110,000 per year
