Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Substitute Education Specialist to join our team. This is a temporary position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students.
  • Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • PA Substitute Teaching Certification or willingness to obtain emergency certification/building sub permit.
  • Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass State Criminal Record Check, State Child Abuse, Department of Education FBI background checks.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $30-$35 per hour. Starting at $27-$33/hr depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills. Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.)
