Position Overview
Culinary Specialist
$500 SIGN ON BONUS
The Culinary Specialist plays a crucial role in preparing and serving meals in accordance with the established menu cycles. Responsibilities include overseeing food handling practices, preparing meal services, and executing assigned tasks and cleaning routines within the Culinary Department, all while adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred Education: Training in large-scale cooking and therapeutic dietary practices
Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year in food service or dining operations
Preferred Experience: 1 year of food service experience in a healthcare dietary environment
