Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct grounds maintenance and building upkeep, including mulching, debris removal, and overall landscaping care.
  • Operate hand and riding mowers, trimming and edging around pathways, flower beds, and walls.
  • Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge trimmers, and axes.
  • Mix and apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides using a backpack sprayer.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on groundskeeping equipment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Complete projects independently and without supervision.
