About the Role:
As a Patient Services Representative III - Floater, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with patients during routine health checks and critical health decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Phlebotomy: Accurately drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing.
  • Patient Interaction: Building rapport with patients, explaining procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care.

We are seeking a skilled phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Key Requirements:
  • Phlebotomy Expertise: Proven experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with medical equipment and computer systems.
  • Certifications: Phlebotomy certification is preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
