Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled In-Home Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient therapy department, you will provide direct service to children, adolescents, adults, and families, working collaboratively with other team members to support clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Service Provision: Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healthy attachment, self-regulation, and social responsibility.
- Intake and Assessment: Conduct thorough intake and assessment processes to gather essential information for treatment planning and billing purposes.
- Treatment Planning: Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other team members, including education and medical professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Emergency Support: Provide telephone counseling for emergencies, both during and outside of regular office hours.
- Professional Development: Participate in regular staff meetings, individual supervision, and group supervision to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
- Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure: Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LAC) required.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in counseling adults and/or children, with three or more years in mental health.
- Skills: Ability to work in outpatient and in-home settings, experience in providing treatment to individuals with serious emotional problems, and proficiency in using the DSM.
- Child Development Knowledge: Understanding of child development and individual and family functioning.
- Expressive Therapy Experience: Background and experience in expressive/art therapy and/or play therapy.
- Bilingual: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families in their preferred language.
