Job Description:

R E Garrison Trucking Inc is a leading transportation company seeking a skilled Roadside Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to driver requests for assistance with breakdowns and provide clear guidance on next steps.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve breakdowns efficiently and effectively.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, including repair authorizations and payment processing.
