Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Property Manager to join our team at Cushman & Wakefield Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring high-level service, and motivating high-performing teams to maximize property performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
  • Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
  • Drive revenues with a thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching as necessary.
  • Maintain residents' files in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and finances.
  • Work with leasing staff to ensure leasing/marketing goals are being met.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Property Management experience.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills.
  • General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Real Estate License preferred.
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. Regularly required to travel, ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.
