About the RoleThe Clinical Research Nurse will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations of clinical research studies conducted by principal investigators at Penn State Cancer Institute Clinical Trials Office. This role will involve performing a variety of duties involved in the collection, compilation, documentation, and analysis of clinical research data.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operations of clinical research studies
- Collect, compile, document, and analyze clinical research data
- Collaborate with principal investigators and research teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
- At least two years of oncology clinical nursing experience
- A Bachelor's of Nursing Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing with a commitment to enroll in a BSN program within three years
