Heavy Equipment Operator

Caton Construction Group, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our bridge and roadway project team, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment and maintaining the equipment on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, and front-end loaders to move and grade dirt, dig ditches and trenches, and hoist material and tools.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and report any defects or repairs to the supervisor.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four years' experience involving the use of medium and heavy equipment.
- Valid CDL License (preferred).
