We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Admissions Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet our business goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess professional and community sales opportunities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet total census, mix, and revenue goals.
- Supervise Admissions Staff to ensure targeted Quality-Mix (QMix) and Average Daily Census (ADC) goals are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or Health Care Management.
- Multi-facility management experience or healthcare product or services sales experience preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed and have a valid driver's license.
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year.
