Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to join our team at MCC Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of plumbing systems in a variety of facilities.

• Provide leadership and guidance to installation teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.
• Inspect and test installations to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
• Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly maintained.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards, with the ability to enforce safety policies and procedures.
