- BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred.
- Minimum 1 year emergency nursing experience strongly preferred.
