Job Summary

Christus Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinician (LPN/RN) to join our Urology team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our primary care team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure a smooth healthcare continuum for patients.
  • Assist with coordinating patient wellness and chronic illness management.
  • Supervise the delivery of clinical care in conjunction with the clinic manager.
  • Develop and implement educational materials for patients and their support systems.
  • Provide clinical observations for annual performance evaluations of clinical staff.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Licensed Practical Nursing.
  • Licensed by the State of New Mexico as an LPN.
  • BLS Certification issued through the American Heart Association.
  • One year of experience working as a nurse in a clinical setting.
Working Conditions
  • Works in a clean, well-lighted, smoke-free environment.
  • Exposure to bodily fluids, communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
