Role Summary:

  • Deliver Physical Therapy services to patients in an outpatient environment.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current state licensure for practicing physical therapy.
  • Experience in Pelvic Health is preferred but not mandatory.
