Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the overarching vision and operational requirements while leveraging specialized knowledge to collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to articulate detailed User Stories for Digital & Technology enablement of business objectives. This encompasses analyzing challenges and proposing solutions or best practices.
Employ expertise in industry standards to assist in identifying business requirements and designing & delivering technical solutions for Quality Assurance, in collaboration with Application and Infrastructure teams.
Act as a vital member of agile sprint teams to configure and develop optimal technical solutions and features.
Deliver technical functionality to fulfill defined business requirements as outlined in User Stories.
Provide system support and maintenance in accordance with established standards and processes within the ERP Services Delivery model, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to compliance standards.
Create and maintain system lifecycle documentation in alignment with company policies and procedures, including the development and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and Job Aids.
Engage in and contribute to the Change Control process.
Adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety protocols.
Maintain regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, including three or more full implementations of Quality Management Solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong SAP system functionality and technical knowledge in Production Planning and related areas (Quality Management, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance).
Good understanding of Shop Floor and Manufacturing Interfaces (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
Must be knowledgeable about the latest ERP releases.
Strong knowledge of HANA is preferred.
Ability to operate effectively in a virtual environment within a global organization and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure setting.
Proficient in English language skills.
Willingness to travel globally.
Familiarity with all relevant SOPs as per company policy related to this position.
Support and engage in Lean Sigma initiatives and activities to achieve set targets.
Commitment to adhere to the company's safety and quality policies at all times.

Travel and Physical Requirements:

15% travel, including global travel.
Occasional on-call work may be required.
