Job Summary

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is a leading provider of products and value-added services to the aerospace and defense industries worldwide. With 850,000-square-feet sales and services facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Brazil - PAG's worldwide locations and customer-focused business model serve aviation customers through Supply Chain and Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (ISMRO) services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer and Operational Data Analysis: Analyze and summarize customer and operational data with a focus on profitability. Identify and analyze trends across divisions/segments.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Track the sales funnel, including leads, and provide necessary analysis for the sales team.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with sales and other departments to share and analyze data, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
  • Sales and Budget Development: Partner with the sales team to develop account and sales team budgets at the account level. Track strategic account plans for reps.
  • Sales Strategy and Profitability: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement plans to increase sales and profitability. Monitor sales and margin trends.
  • Sales Reporting: Design, build, and deliver reports for the sales team. Analyze sales leads and monitor margins at the account/customer level. Prepare month-end financial reporting packages, report on key performance indicators, and develop dashboards for efficient monitoring and decision-making.
  • Executive Support: Meet with the sales team to deliver data and insights. Develop and review an integrated view of company margins. Prepare financial packages for leadership.
  • Special Projects and Process Improvement: Support special projects and ad-hoc requests. Assist the finance organization with process improvement projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with PowerBI and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly adaptable to shifting priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with financial planning software and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to develop financial models and perform detailed variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
