Caregiver (FT and PT)

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities
• Support clients with medication management and ensure they take prescribed doses on time
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients maintain a balanced diet
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed
• Report any changes in client condition to the care team
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the client's home
