Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Bluebird Dennisport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless interactions, and providing top-notch service to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
  • Registration and Orientation: Register and orient arriving guests according to property standards, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Knowledge and Communication: Be knowledgeable about the property, its programs, amenities, and experiences, and have a working knowledge of property's phone and other communication systems.
  • Reservations and Customer Service: Be knowledgeable of your role in the properties reservations process and provide exceptional customer service, listening carefully to caller's requests and clearly taking, dating, distributing or filing notes as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred.
  • Skills: Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations, strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
