We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team as a Hospitalist in Internal Medicine.
Position Details:
- Our hospital operates on a 4-physician model with 4 Nurse Practitioners, providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- The schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off, with Nurse Practitioners working nights and physicians on backup call.
- The compensation package includes a salary of $260,000, plus an annual incentive bonus of $12,000.
- Our hospital has a capacity of 198 beds, with 18 ICU beds and 18 ED beds, ensuring a high level of care for our patients.
- The position requires basic ventilator management and some procedures, with an average census of about 16 total encounters per physician.
- We are unable to consider Visa candidates at this time.
