Qualifications
Candidates must possess a current state RN license or a multistate compact license and hold an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing institution.
This role requires strong critical thinking abilities, decisive judgment, and the capacity to work independently.
Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential.

Our unit comprises 33 beds, staffed by 6 nurses and 3 certified nursing assistants, maintaining the same ratio during night shifts.
