We are seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant to join our Corporate Transaction Team at our global location.

We are currently looking for a Research Assistant with proficient Chinese language skills to support our team in advising clients on corporate law matters related to foreign investments.

Your Role
As a Research Assistant, you will be responsible for collaborating with our office in the People's Republic of China to provide comprehensive insights into corporate transaction matters. Your main focus will be on supporting the team in advising clients on all corporate law matters that may arise in the context of advising foreign investors. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business areas and work on other tasks.

Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in Business Law, preferably with a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law. You should have already gained some experience in a larger law firm or a similar corporate environment. Good English and excellent Chinese language skills (at native speaker level or equivalent) are essential for this role. Your German language skills are also a plus.
