Endodontic Associate Opportunity

Isolani Endodontics, a state-of-the-art endodontic practice in Gulfport, MS, is seeking a full-time associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patients' teeth, as well as administering anesthetics and performing root canals and endodontic surgeries.

Responsibilities:

Reports to and is mentored by the Lead Partner Doctor
Helps set the tone in the office and builds and maintains a positive office culture
Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical processes and preferences
Markets to new and existing referrals
Stays up-to-date with new trends and developments in endodontics

Qualifications:

Surgical experience preferred
DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program
