About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Store Team Member at Pet Supplies Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and pet areas.
  • Assist with daily operations, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and operating a cash register.
  • Develop knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote and sell to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening (in applicable states).
