About the RoleThis is a full-time position in our MinuteClinic, where you will provide primary and family care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the needs of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and family care to patients of all ages, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB.
- Provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Complete administrative duties, including opening and closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, and verifying insurance and collecting payment.
- Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
