About the Job

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Assist other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief during peak periods
  • Assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
  • Assist with some prep and banquet items as directed by management
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including floors, walls, and drains
  • Assist in the maintenance of kitchen storage areas, cleanliness, and stocking
  • Clean and maintain all mats
  • Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
