Job Title: Operating Room RN | Registered Nurse

CrossMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:
  • Provide exceptional patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring a safe and efficient surgical experience.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications, monitor patients' responses, and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Operating Room nursing, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
