Responsibilities- Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with precision and accuracy, utilizing ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.
- Assume responsibility for specific radiographic procedures, including angiography, cardiac catheterization, CT, MRI, and mammography.
- Work independently, demonstrating competence in all routine, fluoroscopic, and surgical x-ray procedures.
- Collaborate with the diagnostic supervisor to maintain a smooth workflow, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
- X-ray experience with 5 or more years of experience, or 2 years of experience as a Rad Tech with certification and/or competence in another imaging modality.
- Ability to work in multiple imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, and mammography.
- Current certifications in CT, XRT, and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- A.A. degree in a related field.
