About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience and be available to start as soon as possible. The nurse will work in a dynamic environment with a high patient volume and will be required to float between units to meet facility needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Float between units to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 36 or 48 hour contract options.
