Guest Service Representative

At Golden Corral, we're committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in creating lasting impressions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Greeting: Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a personalized invitation to return.
  • Assistance and Support: Offer help to guests who need it, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process GC On the Go To-Go orders and handle payments with precision.
  • Phone Etiquette: Provide friendly and courteous service on the phone.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized environment at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
  • Buffet Setup: Ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct, and clean all buffets and surrounding areas.
  • Operational Excellence: Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery, and ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
